Title: Lead Qualification Process

Examples:

1. Situation: Customer says, “How much is this?”

  • Unqualified response: “It’s ₦50,000.”
  • Better approach: “It’s ₦50,000. Are you looking to get one for immediate use or just making inquiries? I can guide you better based on your needs.”

2. Situation: Customer asks many detailed questions

  • What it means: High interest
  • Better approach: “I can see you’re really interested in this. When are you looking to get it? I can help you plan accordingly.”

3. Situation: Customer is slow to respond and vague

  • What it means: Low urgency
  • Better approach: Keep it light and follow up later instead of pushing too hard.

4. Situation: Customer says, “I’ll get back to you”

  • Unqualified approach: Leave it completely
  • Better approach: “Sure, no problem. When would be a good time for me to check back with you?”

5. Situation: Customer asks, “How long does delivery take?”

  • What it means: They’re considering purchase
  • Better approach: Give the answer and guide next step: “Delivery takes 2–3 days. Would you like me to help you place an order?”
